    The City Beautiful-Chandigarh

    Chandigarh is located on the foothills of Shivalik Range of Himalayas.It is the Capital of three states-Punjab,Haryana & U.T.Chandigarh.It is called 'The City Beautiful'.Chandigarh is a planned city built after the Partition of Punjab between India & Pakistan.major attraction of the city is Rock Garden.theme of this garden is-'creativity through waste meterial'.

    other spots are Sukhna Lake, Rose Garden, Sect-17 mkt.,Pinjore Garden & Mansa Devi temple.
