    The capital city of Uttarakhand state,located at the height of 670mts.from sea level.Paltan Bazar is main spot in the city.other attractions are-Guchchupani(5km)-caves,Tapovan(5km),Lakshman Sidh(12km),Sahastradhara(14km)-water falls,Rajaji National Park(20km),DakPathar(45km)-picnic spot on the Banks of Yamuna River near Himachal Pradesh border.


    Dehradun is well connected by Road,Rail &by Air.
